Lead Rescue
Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
01What We Collect
To deliver the Service, Lead Rescue collects and processes:
- Call data: caller phone numbers, call transcripts (and recordings, if call recording is enabled on your account), and AI-generated summaries of those calls
- Account data: your business name, contact info, and billing details (billing is processed by our payment provider — we do not store your card number)
- SMS data (Care Plan / Conversion Layer clients only): phone numbers used for automated text follow-ups, and consent records for that texting
02How We Use It
- To route and answer calls on your behalf and generate dispatch notes/dashboard reports
- To notify you by email (and SMS, if enabled) when a new call comes in
- To operate, maintain, and improve the reliability of the Service
- To bill you for the Service
We do not sell call data, caller phone numbers, or transcripts to third parties. We do not use your customers' data for advertising.
03SMS & Texting Consent
- Automated text messages (missed-call text-back, reminders, follow-ups) are only sent to numbers that have provided consent to be texted, in line with carrier and TCPA requirements.
- You, as the business owner, are responsible for ensuring your intake process captures valid consent from your customers before they're enrolled in SMS flows.
- Recipients can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
04Where Data Is Stored
Call and account data is stored using secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to what's needed to operate and support the Service.
05Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure to function, including your phone carrier and other technology providers used to route calls and generate call summaries. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the Service and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
06Data Retention
Call transcripts and reports are retained for as long as your account is active, so your dashboard history stays intact. If you cancel the Service, you may request deletion of your stored data by contacting us.
07Your Rights
- You can request a copy of the data we hold about your account or your customers' call records.
- You can request correction or deletion of data, subject to what we're required to retain for billing or legal purposes.
- You can opt out of SMS at any time (or on behalf of your customers, by not enrolling them).
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
